Congratulations to the Carbon High Lady Dinos and The USU Eastern Women’s basketball teams advancing to the semi-finals of both of their respective tournaments yesterday.
The Lady Dinos defeated Stansbury in overtime by a final score of 50-48. They will play Morgan in the Maverick Center in Salt Lake City Utah at 2:30pm today. If the dinos win they will play in the 3A State Championship game tomorrow at 11am.
The USU Eastern Women’s Basketball Team defeated North Idaho College yesterday in the BDAC by a final score of 66-58 to advance to play Salt Lake Community College at 5:30pm. If the USU Eastern Women win, they will play in the SWAC Championship game, tomorrow in the BDAC at 5pm.
Unfortunately, the USU Eastern Men’s Basketball team lost a heart breaker yesterday to North Idaho. The final score was 76-74.
