Follow the escape route taken by Butch Cassidy after the Castle Gate payroll robbery. This one-hour tour (approximately) departs from the Price City airport and flies over the San Rafael Swell area where Cassidy and his gang dodged the law. You will see the Wedge Overlook, Little Grand Canyon of the San Rafael, Swinging Bridge, Window Blind Peak, the Upper and Lower Black Box, the awe inspiring Flat Irons of the San Rafael Reef and Desolation Canyon. See the old railroad built by hand, homesteads from earlier generations, and the ruins from earlier cultures. Your pilot will give you a historical, geological and cultural tour that will be the highlight of your year.

After marveling at the desert, you'll fly to a lush ranch on the Tavaputs Plateau. There you will eat breakfast, lunch or dinner cowboy style at the Tavaputs Ranch. As you eat your lunch you'll feel like your siting on the top of the world because the views from the lodge are heavenly. It is surrounded on all sides by wilderness that is home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, elk, birds of prey, and bears.

After your meal you will fly back to the Price Airport. The entire trip is approximately 2 1/2 hours.
